Whales

New pattern entered in a recent Spoonflower weekly challenge. The subject was Whales and the palette was restricted.
I didn't like the colours but I took the challenge anyway.

Wall paper
I designed it entirely on Inkscape without drawing it first, which accounts for why it looks a bit blocky and geometric, but I guess that was a challenge too.
Hopefully you can recognize the blue whale, humpbacks and sperm whales.

A new shop on Etsy

Today, the 1st of May I have finally opened my shop on Etsy.
Etsy is a USA based market online, with about 2 million members. The products in this shop are all made by me using my own fabrics.
I had a lot of help from Tasha, who did most of the work needed to set up shop, as well as sewing the pencil cases.

My new Etsy shop

Good luck to my new venture.

Shower curtains

This post is about shower curtains, another new product on Society6.
It's quite amazing how digital printing has changed the way goods are produced this days.
For an artist like me it's only a matter of uploading a file onto the printers website.

T shirts

I made these T shirts just before Christmas, but hadn't had the time to take a photo. When Tasha came over earlier in the year she took the pictures for me.
